1.1 These terms are to help you and us get the most from your coaching with us.

1.2 They set out the expectations and minimum terms we can expect of both parties, and form a Coaching Agreement between you and us.

1.3 The definition of the parties are you (the Client as someone who has requested, booked, paid and received a service) and us (Drumelo Ltd, who manage the Digital Parenting service and brand, through an individual Coach).

2. RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 In conducting coaching, we will do everything reasonably possible in line with our processes to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes.  

2.2 The Coach will take reasonable measures to work with you to identify barriers and solutions and offer suggestions, options and advice based on professional and personal experience and training.

2.3 You remain ultimately responsible for the cause of all actions following coaching or advice from us. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action resulting from coaching or following our guidance.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1 The Coach will not divulge what is shared in the coaching relationship without consent. You are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at anytime.

3.2 We will manage information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, as the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  As a UK-based business, we will comply with this regardless of the country the coaching has been conducted in.

4. SCHEDULING

4.1 All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and us via our website. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled coaching session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit.

4.2 You are responsible for rescheduling via email and receive reply via email.

4.3 By booking and paying for a session, you agree to the cost and length of session shown in the booking.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Sessions are eligible for cancellation at any time, by either you or the Coach. 

5.2 If you decide to cancel

5.2.1 You must either cancel the appointment online (the option is visible on the email confirmation) or contact us via email at info@digitalparenting.org

5.2.2 You are entitled to a refund if the cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice

5.3 If we decide to cancel:

5.3.1 We will contact you via email provided during the booking process

5.3.2 We shall provide a reason for the cancellation

5.4 Refunds will be provided within 14 working days to the account the payment was made.
5.5 Refunds are only available if services have not commenced. Refunds are not eligible after a coaching session has taken place.

5.6 Requests for refunds outside of these conditions are to be requested via email at info@digitalparenting.org and limited to discretion of Drumelo Ltd.

5.7 Refunds are not eligible for no-shows (if you, as the Client) fail to attend a coaching session.  A no-show is where the Client has not arrived at a session booked, without notifying us or the Coach, and is more than 15 minutes late.

5.8 A session that starts late as a result of the Client being late will not result in any partial refund, and the session shall end at the originally scheduled time.  

5.9 A session that starts late as a result of the Coach being late will be subject to a partial refund (calculated pro-rata) subject to the Client requesting this via emai at info@digitalparenting.org

5.10 You may reschedule the appointment at any time, using the online option to reschedule, found on the email confirmation.

5.11 If a client reschedules an appointment more than once, at short notice (less than 48 hours notice), we reserve the right to treat it as a short notice cancellation and subject to cancellation terms detailed in this agreement. Such instances will be treated reasonably and attempts will be made to understand individual circumstances.

5.12 No credits or transfers are available for our services.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All of our printed and digital material is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner (Drumelo Ltd).

6.2 You are not permitted to record any coaching sessions, either online or in person. 

6.3 Attempts to record sessions will result in the session ceasing without refund and possible legal action.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

7.1 You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

8. AGREEMENT

8.1 By entering into a Coaching Agreement through booking and paying a Digital Parenting Coaching session with Drumelo Ltd, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
